A. ORGANIZATION

The party of the STLF consists of 19 party members.

B. MISSIONS AND TASKS OF PARTY OF STLF

Political ideological activities, team building, and party development:

Promoting propaganda to raise awareness of Party’s members, ensuring unity in the Party.

Focusing on coordination with governmental organizations to ensure stability and unity in the unit.

Continuing to expand democracy through various activities. Maintaining regular party activities, improving the quality of party activities.

Timely and fully implementing work agenda, directives and resolutions of the National Party.

Actively fostering mass enlightenment, consolidating Party development.

 

Staff organization:

Paying attention to planning and fostering staffs of STLF.

Directing the board of deans to perfect the management.

Directing the completion and implementation of management processes in different activities of the STLF, in the context that the STLF is decentralized and more autonomous by the university.

Improving the life of STLF’s staffs. Maintain and improve the welfare of the staffs.

 

Directing educational tasks:

Directing tasks of teaching at varied training systems, scientific research and other works of the University and the STLF in the context that the school is fully autonomous and the STLF will be more decentralized and autonomous.

Continuing to perform well the task of building and improving the quality of the teaching staff. Developing and completing a set of training programs for 2017-2025 to meet social needs, step by step improving training quality. Not increasing the training scale (about 200 students/year), focusing on improving training quality.

Effectively exploiting the existing equipment for training and scientific research, building projects to strengthen equipment for laboratories to ensure high quality training conditions and promote scientific research activities.

Coordinating well with functional departments in the university, actively advising on enrollment, attracting good students to the school's educational disciplines.

Maintaining relationships with enterprises to develop STLF.

Applying and promoting the quality management system according to ISO 9000 of the STLF, ensuring transparency in management work.

Promoting scientific research activities.

 

Leading other organizations:

Directing the implementation of democracy regulations, closely coordinating activities of organizations in the STLF to encourage staffs and students to complete their tasks.

Directing other organizations, continuing good results of their activities as the past period, organizing activities to create healthy playgrounds for students to improve studying quality.
